Michael W. Schwartz
Michael W. Schwartz, a litigator, is of counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Mr. Schwartz graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. magna cum laude in 1963. He received an LL.B. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1967 where he was Case Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He also attended École Normale Supérieure in Paris, France. Mr. Schwartz was an Associate Professor at New York University School of Law from 1969 to 1973. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Law Institute.
