Nathaniel D. Cullerton is a Partner in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Cullerton received a B.A. summa cum laude from Western Connecticut State University in 2009 and a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2013, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Executive Articles Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cullerton clerked for the Honorable Guido Calabresi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
