Nicole Hovatter is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Nicole received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif. She was an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and the Membership Chair of the Penn Law Intellectual Property Group. Prior to attending law school, Nicole graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management, and spent several years working as a valuation specialist for a public accounting firm.
