Nitin S. Rao is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Nitin received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He received his B.A. summa cum laude in International Relations and Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
