Ping-Chun (Ping) Liu is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Ping received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor for the California Law Review. She received her B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University.
