Rachel A. Malhiet is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department. 

Rachel received her J.D., cum laude, and LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, where she was a Robert McKay Scholar and Online Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. She attended The University of Texas at Austin and received bachelor degrees, with honors, in Journalism and International Relations and Global Studies.
