Richard N. Kennedy is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department.

Rich received his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he served as a Senior Associate Editor of the University of Toronto Journal of Law and Equality and as an Associate Editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. Rich received his M.A. in Sociology and his B.A., with Honors and High Distinction, in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Toronto.
