Ryan J. Olson is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Ryan received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received Dean’s Honors. During law school, he served as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, advising emerging companies and nonprofit organizations on corporate and intellectual property matters. He earned his B.S. with honors from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
