Rushi K. Patel is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Rushi received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a recipient of the Hamilton Fellowship.  He received his B.S. in Finance & Politics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated as class valedictorian.
