Steven Jaffe is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Steven received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was the Managing Editor for the Stanford Environmental Law Journal. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
