Sara B. Spanbock
Sara Spanbock is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Spanbock received a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in 2010. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2016, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Jacobson J.D. Scholar, a Pomeroy Scholar, a Butler Scholar and served as a Notes Editor of the New York University Law Review.
