Samuel Nadler is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Samuel received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University where he was Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with highest honors in History. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Submissions Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Samuel clerked on the Delaware Court of Chancery for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III.
