Steven E. Wessman is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Steven received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as Co-President of the Veterans Association, and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he served as Co-President of the Government & Public Policy Club. He also received a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard University. Prior to graduate school, Steven served as a logistics officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and attained the rank of captain; he led Marines as a platoon commander in Japan, Thailand, and Korea.
