Sean M. Uribe is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Sean received his J.D. summa cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a Butler Scholar, a Pomeroy Scholar, a member of the Order of the Coif and a Managing Editor of Operations for the NYU Journal of Law and Business. He received his B.A. in Political Science, with a Minor in Human Rights, from the University of Chicago.
