Sarah Perez Berger is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department.

Sarah received her J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was a recipient of the Hamilton Fellowship, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a member of the Columbia Business Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude from Columbia College at Columbia University.
