Tala A. Doumani is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Tala received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School where she was Articles Editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. She received her B.S. magna cum laude from Brown University in Statistical Analysis and Research where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining the firm Tala served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Guido Calabresi at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in and for the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
