T. Henley Hopkinson is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Henley received his J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Global Law Scholar, a Development Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law and elected Order of the Coif.

He received his B.A. with High Distinction in Classics & English from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar. He also received masters’ degrees from the University of Oxford and St. John’s College.
