Tobias Kuehne is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Tobias received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an Articles & Essays Editor for the Yale Law Journal. He received his Ph.D. in German Literature and his B.A. summa cum laude in Mathematics, Philosophy, and Literature from Yale University.

Before joining the firm, Tobias worked for another international law firm and clerked for The Honorable Robert D. Sack of the Second Circuit and for The Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York.
