Valeria Flores is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Valeria received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and an Articles Editor for the Columbia Law Review. She received her B.A. summa cum laude in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico.

Prior to joining the firm, Valeria clerked for the Honorable Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Gustavo A. Gelpí of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
