Yosef Schaffel is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Yosef received his J.D., with honors, from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was awarded the Joseph Henry Beale prize for outstanding legal research and writing. He also served as an Online Editor for The University of Chicago Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics and Business, summa cum laude with highest honors, from Brandeis University where he was Phi Beta Kappa. After law school, Yosef served as a law clerk to Judge Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
