Youssef Driouich is a Visiting Attorney in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Youssef worked as an Associate in the Corporate//M&A department of the law firm Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris.

Youssef assists private and publicly listed companies on different subjects such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate governance matters.

He received his Masters in Financial and Securities Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and his Masters in Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Youssef is fluent in French.
