Zachary B. Becker is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department.

Zachary received his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Butler Scholar, a Pomeroy Scholar, and a Staff Editor on the Tax Law Review. He received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting, with a Minor in Computer Science, from Washington University in St. Louis.
