Zuwaina I. Ateig is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Zuwaina received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where she was a Senior Editor for the Journal of International Law and an Associate Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change. She received a B.A. in Economics – Political Science and African Studies from Columbia University.

Zuwaina is fluent in Arabic.
