Ed Herlihy recognized as Leading M&A Lawyer for 2024 by Mergerlinks

Corporate Partner Edward Herlihy has been named a leading M&A lawyer by Mergerlinks for 2024.

The only lawyer to appear on the list for each of the past two years, Ed ranked ninth globally, advising on over $40 billion in deals, including Capital One’s purchase of Discover and David Rubenstein’s acquisition of a controlling interest in the Baltimore Orioles.
