Apollo in its $760 million equity investment in Legendary Entertainment

Apollo and Legendary Entertainment today announced that funds managed by Apollo affiliates have agreed to make a $760 million equity investment in Legendary.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Apollo.
