Enhabit in its $750 million senior secured credit facilities in connection with its announced spin off from Encompass Health

On June 1, 2022, Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a leading national home health and hospice provider, announced it is now an independent, publicly traded company following the completion of its spin-off from Encompass Health Corporation.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Encompass Health Corporation.
