Even Responsible Finance, Inc. in its sale to Hazel, an independent fintech launched in partnership with Walmart and Ribbit Capital

On January 25, 2022, Hazel, an independent fintech launched in partnership with Walmart and fintech investment firm Ribbit Capital, today entered into definitive agreements to acquire fintech platforms Even, a leading financial benefits platform designed to provide financial resiliency and control to employees, and One Finance, a platform which partners with a bank to seamlessly combine saving, spending, sharing and borrowing into one account. The combined entity will operate under the brand name ONE.
