Hilltop Holdings in its $400 million modified Dutch auction tender offer to repurchase its common stock

Hilltop Holdings Inc. announced that it has commenced a modified “Dutch auction” tender offer to purchase for cash up to $400 million of its common stock at a price not less than $28.00 per share and not more than $32.00 per share.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Hilltop Holdings.
