International Game Technology PLC in its approximately €160 million acquisition of certain entities of the iSoftBet Group

Today, International Game Technology PLC (“IGT”) announced its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the equity interests of certain entities of the iSoftBet group, a leading igaming content provider and third-party game aggregator, for approximately €160 million in cash.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to IGT.
