Jacobs Solutions Inc. in the separation of its Critical Mission Solutions business

On May 9th, 2023, Jacobs Solutions Inc. (NYSE: J) announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a plan to separate its Critical Mission Solutions (CMS) business from Jacobs, creating two independent companies.
