Prologis in its $26 billion all-stock acquisition of Duke Realty

On June 13, 2022,Prologis, Inc. and Duke Realty announced that the two companies have entered into a definitive merger agreement by which Prologis will acquire Duke in an all-stock transaction, valued at approximately $26 billion, including the assumption of debt.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Prologis.
