Siris and in its $20 million PIPE investment in Ithax Acquisition Corp.

On April 21, 2022, an affiliate of Siris Capital Group LLC entered into a subscription agreement with ITHAX Acquisition Corp., pursuant to which, at the closing of the business combination between Ithax and Mondee Inc., Siris and other investors in the vehicle, including Elliott Management, will purchase shares of Class A common stock of the combined company alongside other PIPE investors.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal counsel to Siris.
