Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. I in its $1 billion business combination with Akili Interactive

On January 26, 2022, Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. I, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company led by Chamath Palihapitiya, announced its entry into a merger agreement with Akili Interactive Labs, Inc., a leading digital medicine company.  The transaction values the combined company at $1 billion and includes a $162 million PIPE financing led by Social Capital.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp.
