Webster Financial Corporation in its acquisition of Bend Financial

On February 16, 2022, Webster Financial Corporation announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bend Financial, Inc., a cloud-based platform solution provider for health savings accounts (HSA).  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Webster.
