XPO Logistics in the $710 million divestiture of its North American intermodal business to STG Logistics

On March, 24, 2022, XPO Logistics, Inc. today announced that it has divested its North American intermodal business to STG Logistics for cash proceeds of approximately $710 million.  Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to XPO.
