East End Advisors in its acquisition by ALTi Global, Inc.

On April 1, 2024, AlTi Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI), a leading independent global wealth and alternatives manager with over $70 billion in combined assets that recently announced a strategic investment from Allianz X and Constellation Wealth Capital of up to $450 million, announced it has agreed to acquire East End Advisors, an independent advisory firm with approximately $5.6 billion of assets under management, for initial consideration of $76 million and additional contingent consideration over a five-year period based on East End Advisors’ EBITDA.
