Hancock Whitney Corporation in its $377.6 million acquisition of OFB Bancshares

On May 15, 2026, Hancock Whitney Corporation (Nasdaq:  HWC) and OFB Bancshares, Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Hancock Whitney to acquire OFB Bancshares in an all-cash transaction with an aggregate value of $377.6 million.  The transaction expands Hancock Whitney’s footprint into the highly attractive Orlando market.
