SelectQuote in the strategic investment of perpetual preferred stock and warrants from an investor group and the amendment of its existing credit agreement

On February 10, 2025, SelectQuote, Inc. (NYSE: SLQT) announced that it has entered into an agreement for a $350 million strategic investment from funds managed by Bain Capital, Morgan Stanley Private Credit, and Newlight Partners.
