Theodore Furchtgott is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Department.
Theodore received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was an Articles Editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. He received his M.Phil. in Medieval History from the University of Cambridge and his A.B., magna cum laude, in History from Princeton University. Prior to joining the firm, Theodore served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to the Honorable Daniel Domenico of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
