Wachtell Lipton was honored with Restructuring Deal of the Year at the 2023 IFLR Americas Awards.
The Firm represented LATAM Airlines, with Cautrecasas as co-counsel, in a $10.4 billion restructuring. The matter, which included innovated DIP financing, was particularly complex due to the number of creditors based in the United States.
