Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz has been recognized as a finalist for Real Estate Transaction of the Year in the New York Law Journal‘s 2026 New York Legal Awards for its representation of Rayonier in its $8.2 billion all-stock merger of equals with PotlatchDeltic.
Wachtell Lipton advised Rayonier on the transaction, which created one of North America’s largest publicly traded timberland REITs and land resources companies.
