Opendoor Technologies in its appointment of Kaz Nejatian as the new Chief Executive Officer and $40 million investment of equity capital by Khosla Ventures and Eric Wu

On September 10, 2025, Opendoor Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: OPEN) announced that it had appointed Kaz Nejatian, Chief Operating Office of Shopify, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Opendoor co-founders Keith Rabois and Eric Wu to its Board of Directors.  Opendoor also announced that Khosla Ventures and Mr. Wu would invest $40 million of equity capital through a private investment in Opendoor.
