Griffon Corporation in its cooperation agreement with Voss Capital

On January 9th, 2023, Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF) announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Voss Capital, which owns approximately 6.0% of the Company’s outstanding common stock. Griffon also reaffirmed it is continuing to progress its previously announced strategic review process.
