LKQ Corporation in its Cdn. $700,000,000 term loan credit facility

On March 27, 2023, LKQ Corporation entered into an unsecured term loan credit agreement consisting of a delayed draw term loan, denominated in Canadian dollars, in an aggregate principal amount of $700,000,000.
