Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority in the amendment and extension of its existing revolving credit facility

On February 14, 2023, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority entered into the Second Amendment to that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of January 26, 2021 among the Company, the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut, Citizens Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders and other parties party thereto.
