Stratasys in its response to Nano Dimension’s $1.2 billion unsolicited acquisition proposal

On March 22, 2023, Stratasys Ltd. (Nasdaq: SSYS), a leader in polymer 3D printing solutions, announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously rejected the unsolicited proposal it received from Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM) to acquire Stratasys for $18.00 per share in cash.
