Teneo in its acquisition of Herter & Co.

On September 28, 2023, Teneo announced the acquisition of Herter & Co., a leading independent debt advisory and financial restructuring firm based in Germany. Herter & Co. advises a wide range of corporate and private equity clients in Western Europe and will join Teneo’s global Financial Advisory business.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Teneo along with Hengeler Mueller and William Fry.
