Chime in its initial public offering

On June 11, 2025, Chime Financial, Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.  The initial public offering price per share was $27 per share, which values the company at approximately $11.6 billion on a fully diluted basis.
