Civeo Corporation in its cooperation agreement with Engine Capital

On November 26, 2025, Civeo Corporation (NYSE: CVEO) announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Engine Capital and has appointed Jeffrey B. Scofield and Daniel B. Silvers to its Board of Directors.  Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, Engine Capital has agreed to customary standstill provisions and voting commitments.
