Constellium SE in its private offering of senior unsecured notes due 2032 and senior unsecured notes due 2032

On July 25, 2024, Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM) announced that it has priced a private offering of €300 million of euro denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 and $350 million of U.S. dollar denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032.  The Euro Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.375% per annum and the USD Notes will bear interest at a rate of 6.375% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears, and guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by certain of Constellium’s subsidiaries.
